As a seasoned Realtor, I pride myself on bringing a fresh and fun approach to the real estate industry. Born and raised in the beautiful Nevada and Placer counties, I pursued my passion for adventure by obtaining my pilot’s license at the young age of 18. Although I never pursued a career in aviation, my love for exploring and seeking new experiences has always been a driving force in my life.

After spending some time in finance as an assistant manager at U.S. Bank, I discovered my true calling in real estate. I joined Keller Williams in 2016 and quickly became an active member of the company’s vibrant and successful team of agents. I have since brought my talents to NextHome Signature Properties, where I work alongside renowned agent and broker Debbie Mitchell to establish a fun and innovative brokerage focused on building long-term client relationships.

With my unique background in finance and real estate, I am dedicated to helping clients make informed and enjoyable decisions when it comes to buying or selling their homes. Brent was great in helping me find a new home. I had a difficult work schedule in terms of availability to look at homes and wasn’t really sure what my must haves or deal breakers were. Brent showed me a variety of resale houses and new builds to help me figure out what would work best for me. I settled on a new build not knowing just how different that process is from buying a resale home. Brent walked me through each step and advocated for me when I was not sure what to say to the builder about some concerns I had. With his help I was able to get things situated the way I wanted them rather than the generic layout.
During the whole process, Brent also helped me figure out the process of turning my other property into a rental. He got me pointed in the right direction with CA forms/lease agreements and how to select renters. I am very appreciative and highly recommend him.
