Talin Isagholi was drawn to real estate from a young age. Living in Germany for her early childhood, Talin developed a passion for art and architecture that charted a path for the rest of her life. Her innate ability to appreciate beauty across all art forms, including interior design, ultimately led her to real estate. Today, Talin’s eye for unique properties allows her to serve clients with care and compassion as they make critical decisions for their futures. She cares deeply about her clients viewing her as a partner, keeping their best interests in mind every step of the way.

Before she committed to real estate as a career, Talin spend 17 years in telecommunications and contract negotiations, building relationships with clients and serving with integrity and transparency. 

 In addition to this professional background, Talin prides herself on being a lifelong learner who is always looking for new avenues to explore. After her childhood in Germany, she migrated to the United States to further her education and invest in her future. Talin holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Bellevue University and an Associate’s degree from California State University Northridge (CSUN). While she obtained her degrees, she held professional roles in the banking industry, where she learned invaluable information about finances and financial planning.

Today, Talin utilizes her years of education and experience as a proud member of the NextHome Luxe Group team, serving clients with her positive attitude and steadfast commitment to find the best outcome in every situation. Talin is passionate about treating her clients with complete professionalism and giving them the experience she’d want to have as a buyer. She leverages her financial background from her time in banking, her ability to deliver results for clients over two decades in telecom, and her true devotion to meeting and exceeding client expectations.
