I graduated from USC with a degree in Biomedical and Electrical Engineering, launching my career in the medical device industry before the entrepreneurial bug hit hard at 25. I opened my first brick-and-mortar business in Glendale, scaled it to success, and sold it—a pattern that would repeat throughout my career. My journey led me through tech consulting, building websites, apps and brand strategies for clients nationwide, and eventually to founding DishDivvy, a homemade food marketplace where I became an accidental lobbyist, successfully championing AB 626 to legalize home kitchen operations across California. Most recently, I applied my data-driven marketing approach to running a congressional campaign in 2023-2024, treating it like the startup it was—complete with sophisticated voter outreach and grassroots relationship building.

Real estate isn’t new territory for me—it’s a passion that’s been brewing since I was 20, when I went through two escrows with my parents for college housing and helped flip one of the units with my dad. That hands-on experience hooked me on the tangible, personal, and exciting nature of real estate investment. As I began expanding my own portfolio, getting my license became the natural next step to help friends and family capitalize on investment opportunities. Today, I specialize in the coastal communities of Orange County, bringing my unique expertise in transforming properties into profitable short-term rentals and helping my clients achieve superhost status in under 90 days.
