Laura is an amazing realtor and an amazing person. She is patient, kind, knowledgable, flexible, and not pushy. Wether she had a place to show us, or we wanted to see one, she immediately responded, set everything up, and we never had to do anything. She's on top of everything, all the time. Laura's also flexible and often worked around our schedules. When we were ready to put in an offer (at this time remotely), she advised us so accurately that we got our dream condo although there was a lot of interest from other parties. We were able to do a facetime walkthrough and she gave us all the time we needed. During the purchase process, she handled everything and had all the contacts we needed. From local brokers / lender contacts (they beat the others we found ourselves) to inspectors to appraisers - she took care of it all and we never had to think or plan for more than a few hours or a day ahead. During closing, she was invaluable with her information and experience re. HOA's, gardeners, cleaners, repair people, A/C - ANYTHING. Bottom line, she knows what she's doing, is a local on the island, and has tons of insight and connections. Since we are remote, she was the right person for us. Laura is absolutely amazing at what she does. I went through three other agents prior to Laura, and thankfully I did. The fact that I am a Veteran and a first time home buyer combined created it's own stress point, howerver Laura helped mediate the stress and made everything extremely smooth. In terms of communication, Laura was attentive to our needs and provide us with regular updates on the homes that we were interested in.
