Before entering real estate, Rocio spent seven years in the banking industry, where she developed a deep understanding of credit, lending, debt management, and personal finance. That background gives her a strategic edge — especially when working with investors, first-time homebuyers, and clients navigating complex transactions.

Rocio specializes in helping investors identify strong opportunities by accurately analyzing comps and after-repair values (ARVs), and she takes pride in educating and supporting first-time buyers from their first showing to well beyond closing day. She’s also experienced in selling luxury homes, using expert pricing strategies, professional staging, and targeted marketing to attract top-dollar offers.
