Brenden was extremely patient in assisting both my wife and I with our home purchase. Though we found a home quickly, it took the expertise of a skilled realtor such as Brenden to negotiate this one through to the end. We had a less than stellar inspection, requiring numerous contractors to come out to the home sight throughout the transaction. Additionally, he had to facilitate negotiate even more so throughout the contract due to these concerns.
