Brenda helped us find our first home together in Freeport in 1997. It was perfect and we loved living there. We then moved to Havana IL in 2007 to be closer to grandchildren. After 13 years we decided to move back to our hometown. We contacted Brenda again, told her what we were looking for in a house and she went right to work. She called us the day this house went on the market, telling us it was a perfect fit for us. We came up to Freeport and toured the house, with our masks and gloves on for this COVID19 pandemic we are experiencing, with Brenda maintaining the 6 foot distance between us. We loved the house, made an offer which was accepted and we closed on 5/11/20. If you are looking for a realtor- Brenda is the best to have. Being my first time buying I had so many questions, she was patient, went above and beyond by walking me through the whole process. I was moving from another state and in 3 days she had over 26 properties to look at and she scheduled each stop so that I had plenty to look at.
