Hi, I’m Betsy! I’m a Madison Co/Berea, KY native but I’ve called Lawrenceburg home for almost 7 years now. I am a proud Mama to my three kiddos who I’m raising with my best friend and husband of 15 years, Ryan. I graduated from Eastern KY University with a Bachelor’s degree in 2009 and from there, pursued a career in Human & Community Services. It wasn’t until my battle with Cancer from 2015-2018 that I began to reevaluate what I really wanted to do in life. I had dreamed of being a Realtor since I was a little girl. In fact, my favorite thing to read was the KY Homes Magazine! I loved going on Sunday drives with my parents and looking at all the different architectural styles of homes and the gorgeous land that makes up the "Bluegrass." So in 2022 I finally took a leap of faith and got my real estate license, and I haven’t looked back since! My favorite thing about this career is that I still have the ability to help people. I view real estate as much more than a sales transaction which is why I love Next Home’s motto of "Humans Over Houses." To me, HOME is the greatest place on Earth so what a privilege it is to help others find the one that is perfect for them! I also love working with investors who are able to see the potential in a property that needs a little work. When it comes to selling, I enjoy helping my clients present their home in its best light through means of cleaning, organizing, staging and photography, which can help lead to a top dollar offer.
In addition to my family and career, I also love spending time on the lake and tailgating and cheering on the CATS at Commonwealth Stadium in the fall. GO BIG BLUE!
