I’m Andrew Golyer, a Real Estate Agent with NextHome, licensed in Georgia & California. Originally from California, I moved to South Atlanta over 4 years ago, but I still love going back and forth between California and Georgia. My wife, our pug, and I enjoy owning real estate in both markets, with rental properties in each—allowing us to experience and invest in the best of both worlds.
Before diving into real estate, I spent 11+ years as an Ocean Lifeguard in San Clemente, CA, and 4+ years as a technical recruiter—experiences that shaped my ability to help others make smart, informed decisions. Now, I’m focused on guiding buyers, sellers, and investors to create a real estate legacy.
When I’m not working, you’ll find me doing something fun such as:weightlifting, cycling, swimming, surfing, or snowboarding. Additionally, I take pride in leadership, having been Ocean Lifeguard of the Year (twice!) and Captain of the men’s water polo team at University of California San Diego.
