I have been in the Arizona real estate industry since 2002, with experience in residential resale, new construction, investment properties and vacant land in Pima, Maricopa, Pinal and Cochise Counties. 

I work closely with my wife Amethyst Hinton Sainz, a career educator and experienced REALTOR in her own right. Our skills and interests complement each other to provide you with a comprehensive client experience.
