Scott did a great job working with an out of state couple trying to find a retirement house in the red hot queen creek market. He helped us stay abreast of which houses were available long enough for us to fly out and see them and backfilled the ones sold
before we could see them with other attractive options. He convinced the owners of the house we bought to take our offer over another equally attractive one.
