Cedelia went above and beyond what was required to give us a great experience in selling our home. Her knowledge of the market, responsiveness, and kindness made what could have been a chaotic process simple. Cedelia did a great job. We were in from out of state, with limited time. She did a wonderful job of sorting out things that fit what we asked for, and then helping us drive over about half the state of Alabama to see them. We got to the end of our trip without finding anything that worked , but she kept helping us look from long distance. We were able to find something this way and she helped s bid and get it. After the bid, she helped us with long distance inspections, utilities, and closing. Now we have a beautiful house and we couln't have done it without her. If you want an agent who will go the extra mile for you then you want Cedelia. (I think she really rates six stars, but the limit is five so I'll have to settle with that)
