Approximately 1 year ago, my husband and I decided to make a hefty move to Alaska from Kentucky. We made a trip up to look into several areas and from there we narrowed down where we would like to live. When we got put in touch with Kyle, he went above so many expectations of what was expected from a realtor. Not only did he get every detail we would ask for on each and every home, but would also include many things we hadn’t yet asked for but were very vital to the homes. He answered nearly every call and would call back very quickly when one was missed. He gave us tons of information not only about homes but also the areas. Including things that most people take for granted but with us not living there during the process, we had no clue. Such as trash services, gas services, electric services, whether or not a mailbox was present or if a PO box was required. He put us in touch with the right engineer to do an inspection. He was very timely in all the handled and very professional and friendly. We bought our home aight unseen, with Kyle offering to do a live walk thru of the home. He help make this daring move peaceful. After a year of getting everything in order to buy a home and make this move, We closed on our home just a few weeks ago and after 7 days of driving, arriving at midnight, and an alarm going off on the door, Kyle answered a call from us regarding the alarm with no hesitation even though it was so late. He has continued to check in with us as we are getting settled and I would recommend him to anyone in this area. He Definitely puts the peoples wants first. He never tried to pressure us into looking into anything we were not interested in and provided daily emails with new and upcoming homes listed. You can tell Kyle loves what he does and it shows through his work ethic and personality.
