Caitlin made the process of selling my home as easy as it can be. Every time i called or wrote with a question, it was answered quickly. The home had multiple large fixes that needed correction before the sale could be completed but caitlin was always the positive and professional voice at the other end of the line walking me through what we needed to do.

Caitlin was in charge of our rental property in AK while we lived down in the states. She handled everything professionally and always looked out for us.

She then was our realtor when we sold the rental and made it so easy even while we were thousands of miles away. She got it sold quickly and for a good price.

As a new resident to the area I was looking for a home to rent. I called about a listing in North Pole and Caitlin returned my call promptly. She met me there later that day, but it wasn't what I was looking for. So Caitlin asked me a few questions about what I was actually looking for and told me she had a place not far from there that might work for my needs. When we got to that place it was perfect!!! I was very impressed how well she listened to my needs and she knew just what I wanted! I filled out the paperwork, and without any hassle I was approved to rent the home within a day or two.
Almost one year later I was ready to start looking for a home to buy. Without a second thought I called Caitlin and she began the search for me. We looked at some homes I had found online, and none of them were right, so she convinced me to look at a home that she thought I would like and sure enough, it was perfect!! I absolutely love my home, and I truly believe if I hadn't found Caitlin and trusted her judgement and knowledge I wouldn't be living in the home of my dreams right now! This girl has an exceptional work ethic and a very good understanding of customers needs! I highly recommend her to my family and friends (or anyone that I hear is looking to rent or buy)!!
