Aj was recommended to me after having a not so great experience with another agent. My home purchasing experience made a complete 180! He took down all the things I was looking for in a home and got me in touch with a lender that was able to reduce my interest rate by 1.5%! Just for reference, I was already working with a lender who offered me a much higher rate.

AJ was a wonder to work with, even with the home being delayed for 5+ months he was extremely responsive with any questions and extremely involved in every step of the home buying process. I can't say enough wonderful things about AJ. Our experience finding a home was quite positive. He listened to every one of our "demands" and began sending us options. AJ is in it for the long haul. We initially met him through Zillow before Covid and he showed us any existing property or new construction we wanted to see. We took a pause when Covid hit, but stumbled onto a house we really wanted a 2nd look at this summer and called him out of the blue. He was on vacation, but put together an offer for us from his truck at the lake. He is always responsive to questions and talking through options. He gave us advice on getting our house ready to sell, had a stager give a 2nd opinion and had professional photos take. It went the same week we put it on the market. He knows the business well.

This was the first home buying experience. My wife and I were nervous due to all the experiences we had heard about from others. The process is time consuming, long, hard to find what you want, agents are going to put you in any home as quick as possible to get paid and move to the next buyers. Not our experience with Aj.
Aj took his time get our needs and wants as a family of five. There are a lot of houses that fit the bill of a 4 bedroom and room for five people with all the space to fit belongings; that is not enough and he understood that what we wanted was a home and not a house; a place for us for the next 15 to 20 years. With his research on our needs/wants he was able to show us locations - each all wonderful and unique to our specific desires. We even placed bids on a few that we lost out on ultimately and luckily as we are now in the perfect home that all of us love. With three children two of which are in different sports and my wife and I have full time jobs our schedule isn't the easiest to work with, I dont know how he managed it but AJ pulled this off and we couldn't be happier with him.
