Pleasanton, CA— July 26, 2017 — NextHome is proud to announce our latest addition to the franchise, NextHome Go30 Realty. The brokerage will represent the third NextHome franchised location opened in the state of Ohio.
The company will be owned and operated by top producers and business partners, Chad Cromer and Dan Dull. Cromer will serve as President for the company, while Dull will be the Broker-of-Record. The leadership team will be joined by Cromer’s wife, Erin Cromer, who serves as the Office Manager.
Based out of the town of Poland, NextHome Go30 Realty will provide residential real estate sales services to various areas such as Poland, Youngstown, Austintown, Boardman, Canfield, New Middletown and the remainder of the greater Youngstown area.
Youngstown is centrally located between Cleveland, Ohio (one hour southeast) and Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania (one hour northwest). The Youngstown metropolitan area is home to over 600,000 residents.
Although the business partners met after they started their respective real estate careers, Chad and Dan started real estate around the same time. In 2003, both men started with GMAC Real Estate in Boardman, Ohio.
Dan came from a background of real estate auctions, while Chad and Erin had formed a successful real estate team. After seeing the strengths of each person and how effectively they could all work together, the trio started working as an official team in late 2003.
As business partners, Dan and Chad handled all of the sales portion of transactions, while Erin handled all back office and administrative parts of the deal. Under this incredibly productive model, the team closed more than 100 transaction sides annually.
“We put in a lot of hard work and hustle in order to meet as many people in our community as possible,” recalls Chad. “We knew that by meeting more people, we could be of service to more buyers and sellers who could use expert real estate advice and service.”
In 2008, the partners left GMAC Real Estate and formed their own brokerage – Community First Real Estate.
“Seeing the growth of our team and how Dan and I provided advice and guidance to other agents at our brokerage, we thought it was the perfect time to branch out on our own and open a real estate company,” said Chad.
The brokerage was a success and the office closed in excess of 200 transactions annually.
Even though the brokerage was very successful, improvement was key. Seeing a need to be at the forefront of technology and having the ability to provide more technology and leverage for their agents, the team joined NextHome in mid-2017.
The name NextHome Go30 Realty is a play off of their listing agreement terms.
“We found that many expiring listing sellers lost trust in listing agents due to unfulfilled promises and a lengthy listing term on their contracts,” said Chad. “We wanted to not only show the seller that we were confident about our listing and negotiating skills, but we backed it up with our exclusive 30-day listing agreement.”
“We feel so confident that we can bring a seller an acceptable offer, we offered a listing agreement that reflected that confidence,” added Chad.
The NextHome Go30 Realty team are involved in the community not just in real estate, but in volunteer work as well.
Chad serves as the Vice President of the Board for the Canfield Athletic Boosters. He is also on the Board for Challenger Community – an organization committed to helping those with mental or physical challenges.
Dan has volunteered in the community for many years, with a focus as a Rotarian and member of the Poland Rotary.
Please join us in welcoming Chad, Dan, Erin and the rest of their team at NextHome Go30 Realty to the NextHome family and congratulating them on their brand new office location!
