I enjoyed touring homes with Sheridan very much. i appreciated walking thru and then taking time to sit and talk about the pro's and con's. We also had a couple of conference calls talking thru expanding the size of the homes we were looking at originally and then increasing the budget to get closer to what we needed regarding property size and square footage of the home.

Funny story; the home we ended up purchasing was a home Sheridan thought we would fall in love with, but i was hesitant to go and look at. This is how well Sheridan listened to us and got to know us over the course of the month and a half we worked together. needless to say i went from no i don't think i will like it, to walking thru and knowing we needed to look no further. Sheridan found us the perfect home and property and in a great location.
