Polly & Lisa were absolutely amazing and worked so much magic. From fitting in 4 not so close together houses in one day since I had to drive 2.5 hours to look at houses. To nehotiating with sellers to drop the listing price and bring money to close. Discussing with the sellers which led to them agreeing to make repairs even though I signed an as-is agreement. Dealing with closing getting pushed twice and working with my schedule to get the close time figured out. They faced every situation head on and did not disappoint.
