Reed came to my house in USC, made recommendations to maximize the sale potential. After completing these tasks he came in and did his own finishing touches. He then staged the house so beautifully that it was better than we expected. After listing the house on a Friday, we had so much interest that he made the decision to not accept offers that day. He advised us to allow interested people to give a last and final offer at noon the following Monday. We ended up receiving multiple offers over asking price. This process basically ended the back and forth of negotiating. We feel that with Reeds knowledge and experience he made this process so much easier than expected not to mention profitable. I recommend him and his team, if you want the most value out of your home!

We worked with the RP group to both buy and sell a property. To buy our home Casey was very patient with us as we explored numerous options. She was very knowledgeable and helpful in the entire process. She also gave recommendations for an inspector, and plumber that were fantastic to work with. On the selling side, Reed came to our property and told us exactly what needed to be done before listing. His suggestions were very realistic. We were able to sell in the first weekend because of how the house was marketed. The process was made super easy by the RP group. They were able to take the stress out of a normally very stressful process.

Reed and Leslie did a fantastic job selling our home. The inclusion of staging and short-term storage to de-clutter our home and make it really show well was a huge plus! Additionally he was very detail-oriented, we didn't need to go over the same things multiple times. He kept the buyer and buyer's agent on task as well, and we seldom had to follow up to make sure things were getting done and we were staying on schedule. Reed also helped us with being familiar with services in the area to help with minor repairs after inspection, and locate moving help in a pinch when a moving company cancelled on us the day before closing! As we were sitting at closing, my wife and I were baffled that other realtors can hold the same title and make the same amount on the sale of your home when they don't work nearly as hard as Reed and his team. I don't think you could find a more dedicated, friendly, and knowledgeable realtor and would recommend Reed and his team without reservation.

We had the pleasure of renting an awesome, super updated 2 bed/2 bath apartment in uptown Mt. Lebanon for almost four years! Dave showed us the apartment, which was newly renovated by PPM with all new appliances, granite countertops, and new hardwood flooring. It was the perfect spot for us and so hard to leave! We never had any issues with maintenance, as any issue or fix needed was addressed very quickly and their auto pay system was easy to set up & use.

We took advantage of PPMs renter to buyer program, where we used Casey as our broker. She was extremely helpful, patient and thorough through the entire process. I had an extremely positive experience with Next Home. They made everything SO EASY. I have always heard of experiences with home buying being arduous, but they made it a pleasant experience. Jen would try to set up home times as soon as I sent her places and did a thorough job of giving honest, quality critiques of the home. She looked beyond the visual appearance of the home and investigated structure and moisture for us. After we chose a home, the most amazing thing Jen did was fight for us. She helped us negotiate and get what we wanted and deserved. She looked up costs for fixes and potential people who could do them, she recommended inspectors, and even paint colors! She was great. She also kept an open communication line with the other realtor and our financing company so everyone was on the same page. Towards the end we had an issue with our closing company which would’ve pushed our closing, but Jen came to the rescue. She drove ALL over Pittsburgh - to the tax offices, closing company, etc. to deliver paperwork to each building that was needed to execute the sale. Needless to say we closed ON TIME for her hard work. We are so happy with our choice to use Next Home and we hope that everyone can have as positive of an experience as we did.
