I believe in home ownership and want everyone to have the opportunity to own their own home. I believe that owning real estate can help you gain wealth. I bought my first home when I was 23 years old. I have lost my shorts with a foreclosure on real estate and went back to renting until I was able to buy again. Day #1096 we bought our first home in Bozeman in 2013 the week after my father passed away. We understand what a big decision buying and owning real estate means. We understand the struggle to make finances work and the big step into the unknown of buying. We have had to keep a house in another state, rent it out at a loss while we moved back to Bozeman and rented. It was so frustrating to not be able to buy a home.
We had built a spec home in Idaho and in the process of buying the lot, our agent showed and sold us the wrong lot. We had tried to sell home in Idaho and buy a larger one across the street. Our agent took terrible pictures, described our home in a not appealing way. We had to edit their description. Our house wasn’t selling in a very hot market. We fired that agent and then hired another. Didn’t have a great experience there either. We didn’t like real estate agents. I didn’t want to tell people I was a real estate agent because I didn’t want to be associated with all of the agents we had not good experiences with. I found my superpower is helping humans invest in their own real estate. At NextHome we have a saying #HumansOverHouses meaning that each human we help is much more important than selling a house. I want to make sure my buyers are buying the right house for them. I talk sellers out of selling their houses because I want to make sure they are doing what is best for them!

Working with Next Home Destination was an amazing experience. Sarah found us the house we didn't know we were even looking for, did all the leg work to make sure it was inspected and ready to go (she even cleaned up the house for us!), and as an added
bonus she loaned us their moving truck for quite a few days at no extra charge! She and Abe are also very pleasant people in general. If I ever need to move again, I know who I'm calling!

Both Sarah and Abe went above and beyond what I expected of an agent. They were available, flexible, willing to help with literally anything I needed during my home staging, sale and purchase of a new home. Both closings on the same day no less. Knowledgeable
is an understatement describing these two when it comes to real estate and the market. I had so many questions that Sarah answered graciously over text, phone, and email at all hours. Selling and buying at the same time feels like a giant game of chess and
these two have mastered it! They set me up with a great repair man to fulfill my inspection checklist, let me borrow a truck to move with, and were both helping me clean on moving day! These two are busy and somehow make you feel like you are their only client.

We moved from another state. Sarah and Abe communicated on a daily basis, answered our texts in a timely manner, and made the move very doable. When we found a home online that we wanted, they FaceTimed us from the site that day, and gave us their earnest
feedback on what being a homeowner in that area would mean. Everything from finding a home to buying the home to closing was done professionally, timely, and easily. Sarah was the best part of our move to Montana.

We faced a tight time requirement for acquiring suitable housing in Bozeman and we had limited knowledge about the local market as we were from out of state. Sarah took the time to understand what our needs and constraints were and from our very first
meeting set up a series of home visits that educated us about the Bozeman market and really focused us in our search. Within three months we had closed on a home that met our needs. Both Sarah and her husband Abe were tireless and patient throughout the whole
