Where can I begin? As a first time homeowner, it is so nerve wracking to be selling you first "baby." You don't know where to begin and who to trust to sell your very first home. Of course, I came to Yelp and literally searched "Real estate agent" in "Santa

Even though I had multiple recommendations for a realtor to represent us, I also researched others and saw Next Home's top rating so I was compelled to meet with them. While my other options where strong, Next Home's offered many things the other's didn't
including a clear full plan to prep our house for sale- significantly stronger than the competition. They also appeared to attain higher prices for their sales. Kelly Thomas took the lead but was also backed Cherrie and many others. Kelly was extreamly responsive
to every call and email. Most things went smoothly and the things that didn't, which is certainly normal in any sale of this type, they took care of. We were able to have full control of when potential buyers viewed our property so we could maintain a decent
level of privacy. We also thought the escrow company they used helped to make things very smooth. I would certainly recommend you meet with them prior to finalizing your representation so you can compare like I did. It was a simple decision and clearly lived

with these property managers helped us get in to see lots that had not been built yet, to see the views, grading and surrounding area. He is extremely knowledgeable of the property value estimates, Mello Roos Fees if applicable and if he doesn't know, has
the resources to find accurate information quickly. We looked at 13 houses before we found the "one". He made time for us on our schedule, was patient and understanding of our needs while seeming to know what we really wanted. He never shied away from sensing

We have been working with Cherrie since May 2023. We literally scoured hundreds of recommendations on social media and Cherrie was at the top. Once we interviewed her, we knew she was someone we wanted to work with. She was wonderful with communicating

In order to sell, we had to find a rental since we didn't find a home to buy and the buyers weren't granting more time. She, through her contacts, found us a rental that agreed to a month-to-month rental in our budget! Since July (when we closed), she has
gone with us to multiple open houses, sent us options, and is patient with us while we're trying to find "our" perfect home. We haven't found it yet, but we know Cherrie is there and trying to help us find the home we want.

Rael was my property manager for two or three years. I found her very responsive and proactive. She was able to sort out a problem with a former tenant because of photographic documentation she had taken beforehand.

Zach was extremely patient with us over the 10 months we spent looking for our perfect home. We had a pretty extensive "needs" list which made it difficult to find. Zach would email us houses and showed us several of them and we were reaching the point

Hello, we put our home on the market in early October 2018, earlier enough before the holidays hit and just prior to the real estate market softening up. My wife and I sat with Cherrie and Zach and went through their sales performance history and marketing
strategy for our home, we were impressed ... They hit the ground running, arranging the pictorial the following day producing first class flyers in preparation for an open house 3 days later ! They generated tremendous walk in traffic from the open houses

Look no further if you need a realtor to buy or sell your home. Cherrie, Zach, & their team were patient, responsive, and reassuring in a very unfamiliar process as first time buyers. We ended up buying during a seller’s market but because of our rockstar
realtors, we got a great deal on a beautiful single family home far beyond our expectations. This was largely in part due to the negotiation skills of our main realtor Cherrie who helped us come up with an appealing offer to the seller which kept us competitive.
We made things complicated for her by seeking not to pay closing costs and by having a limited window to buy. We would text her late at night or early in the morning and she was always available to us. When we finally walked through our dream home, Cherrie
never stopped communicating with the seller’s agent, and luckily she had an existing professional relationship with him which gave us an opportunity to have first dibs on the house. We had a lot of questions, but she was always so patient with my entire family
