Steven Durflinger, a proud U.S. Air Force veteran, and Christi Durflinger have been trusted members of the East Bay real estate community for over 25 years. Steven brings a comprehensive perspective shaped by his experience as a mortgage lender, Trust Administrator, real estate investor, and Realtor®. A Livermore native and Granada High School graduate, he takes great pride in serving the community where he grew up and helping clients achieve their real estate goals in the place he has always called home.

Christi is an Antioch native who earned her degree from Cal State East Bay with the goal of becoming a school teacher and working with children. That passion for helping others is reflected in her real estate career—where her attention to detail, warmth, and dedication ensure every client feels like her only client. Her customer-first approach and organizational strengths are central to the team’s high level of service.
