He doesn't play games, he's a business partner you can trust. Corey didn't pressure us into making rash decisions. Because of the trust he built with us, we sold and bought a house through him. We have used Corey for three real estate transactions over the past eight years. I cannot say enough good things about him! Corey is a consummate professional. He knows his job and he is truly outstanding at it. Real estate transactions can be difficult
arduous processes. Corey's knowledge and experience allow him to provide the very best service to his clients; this is critical in a situation where other professionals' incompetence can potentially lead to ruin. Corey is there to double and triple check that
everything is done properly. His professional integrity dictates that, when asked, the guidance he provides is what he would do himself. In the process of working with Corey, he has many times given us advice that went against his own interest (meaning he
would make less money off a transaction or would have to refer potentially more lucrative clients elsewhere.) Sometimes we didn't even realize this was the case until talking with other agents after the fact. Corey can always be relied upon to put his clients'
interests first. Corey is completely present for his clients. We are not low-maintenance customers; we ask a LOT of questions and are interested in many of the details of the process. In response, Corey stayed in touch with us daily - often many times a day
to give us updates and answer questions - sometimes the same questions over and over again! Corey has always been very patient guiding us through the buying and selling process. Corey anticipates clients' needs and goes out of his way to meet them. During
a marathon home tour, Corey even had snacks on hand for our three antsy, hungry children! How many agents are that prepared?!? Finally, working with Corey is FUN! He enjoys what he does and has a terrific sense of humor. His positive attitude and excitement

I would give Corey and Elizabeth 5 out of 5 stars! We were fortunate to buy our home during a time where prices were already rock bottom. From what I have been told they are highly skilled and knowledgeable from the half dozen referrals that have sold
or purchased through them. To quote them directly, "They are amazing. The difference... It's like night and day'" when they compare them to their previous agents/brokers that just couldn't get the job done right. Corey and Elizabeth are very sharp at sensing

Let me start by saying Corey is the best!! I was a first time home buyer that was having a horrible experience with an agent a friend of mine said to use. Right before I was about to give up on the whole process and just stay renting, another friend asked
me to give Corey a call. I called him and told him my situation and we looked at and put an offer in on a house that night!!! I told him exactly what we wanted and what price range and that is what he found us. Corey took all of the stress off of buying our
first home that it was enjoyable, and were so happy. When our family got bigger we decided to sell our house and find something bigger, but 500 miles away in Southern California, so I called Corey up again and he came out the next day. Since we were first
time sellers we had no clue how to do that either, and again, he made the whole thing seamless. He was on top of all the documents and the whole process keeping me informed with multiple calls per week. He even helped us find a realtor down here and we bought
