The NextHome franchise application process has two required steps:

Step 1: Complete the application

• Please fill out the franchise application in full.

Once you submit the application, Step 1 is complete.

Step 2: Upload Supporting Documents

We cannot begin the approval process until all supporting documents have been received and reviewed.

Additional Partners

Do you have additional partners who own 5% or more of the purchasing entity?
If yes, each partner must complete a separate partner application: CLICK HERE to Submit a Partner Application

Required Supporting Documents

1. Financial Documents. We accept the following types of financial documentation:
   • Liquid Assets (dated within the last 30 days)
     • Bank checking and savings accounts
     • Business accounts (if applicable)
     • Treasury bills, bonds, notes
     • Money market accounts
     • Certificates of deposit (CDs)
     • HELOC or cash equivalents
     • Important Requirements:
       • Screenshots are not accepted
       • Documents must be official bank statements
       • Your bank name and full legal name must appear
       • Statements must be dated within the last 30 days
   • Non-Liquid Assets
     • Real estate holdings
     • 401(k), IRA, retirement accounts
     • Investment accounts
2. Proof of Production
   • Please provide documentation that matches the production units & volume stated in your application, such as:
   • Itemized MLS reports
   • HUD statements
3. Entity Documents
   • Required entity documents depend on whether your business is an LLC or a Corporation. All documents must be signed and fully executed.
   • Documents may include:
     • IRS EIN confirmation paperwork
     • Operating Agreement
     • Articles of Organization (LLC) showing all owners and ownership percentages
     • OR Corporate Bylaws, meeting minutes, and stock certificates (Corporation)

Credit Lock Reminder
If your credit is currently locked, you will need to unlock access with all three credit bureaus and notify us once completed.
