     My name is Dillon Morriss, I’m a local to East Tennessee I’ve lived here my entire life and both of my children were born in Johnson City.

I live in Blountville with my family of four.

I enjoy hunting, fishing, and taking my family to Steele Creek in my off time. 

I started my journey in real estate as a contractor in 2019, in 2023 I decided to get my real estate license to pursue a career that better suits my interests. 

I currently specialize in property management and real estate, I take pride in focusing on my clients interests above anything else. I have a servants heart and enjoy finding creative ways to meet the needs of the community. I chose Next Home for their company motto Humans Over Houses, before I started my career in real estate it always frustrated me when I was used for monetary gains. Now I have the ability and the team to make that difference for this generation and the next!
