Over the years, she has led high-performing teams, negotiated billions in lease value, and served in senior leadership roles at firms like JLL and CBRE.

In 2025, inspired by her daughter’s interest in the business, Tracy pivoted back to residential real estate to mentor the next generation and build a family-driven brokerage grounded in community, service, and integrity. Based in Lorton, Virginia, NextHome Bibbens Realty Group serves Northern Virginia, D.C., and parts of Maryland—offering expert guidance with a client-first mindset and a personal touch that makes every transaction meaningful.
