Lisa Baltozer
I moved to Gainesville in 1989 to attend the University of Florida and never left. Today I lead NextHome Collective as Broker-Owner and help buyers and sellers across Alachua County make smart, low-stress moves.
Since 1995, I have guided more than 350 families through purchases and sales across student, professional, and family neighborhoods. I am a Board-Certified REALTOR® in Florida, one of less than 50 statewide, and the 2025 President of the Gainesville-Alachua County Association of REALTORS®. I stay current on contracts, technology, and market trends so you do not have to.
What clients notice most about me is my responsiveness and follow-through. Parents shopping for UF students get neighborhood insight and drive-by lists arranged in geographic order to save time. First-time buyers get patient coaching and quick action when inspections or repairs pop up. First-time sellers get a clear, step-by-step plan to sell and buy in sequence, including timing, financing options, and contingency strategy. Remote owners trust me to coordinate contractors, manage photos, and navigate tenant challenges. Downsizers get an organized plan from light prep to estate sale resources, plus reliable movers, cleaners, and haulers. My vendor network is deep and vetted.
I pair a BS in Business Administration from UF with an AS in Graphic Design Technology from Santa Fe College. That combination shows up in the work: strategic pricing, persuasive presentation, and marketing that converts. I serve relocations into Alachua County, and if you are moving out, I can connect you with a top agent anywhere.
Off the clock I am a proud Gator and community volunteer. On the clock I am your strategist, communicator, and advocate. When it is time to buy, sell, right-size, or relocate, I bring clarity, presentation, and execution.
