I was seeking to list my property with a realtor that would be able to provide the services that I needed. I was a out of state owner and would not have the time or be available to be on site. After discussing my situation with Mr. Lane he assured me that
he would be able to handle the property without any difficulty. After listing the property with Mr. Lane, with in two weeks he was able to provide multiply offers for the property and i was able to select one of the offers for cash that fit into one of my
requirements. WE were able to close in 30 days

In 2017 we purchased our first home with Will. In 2022, the Army said it was time to move so it was a no brained to go back to Will. He always gave us sound advice and guidance. Our home was only on the market for 3 days before we were under contract.

area. When my home security alarm when off, he was able to show up turn the alarm off and determine that it was a false alarm. He was able to advise me on what to do when the the first buyer fell through because of the buyers financial issues.
