Drew joined the NextHome Advantage team in May and primarily assists buyers and sellers of waterfront properties on Lake Norman, especially those looking to purchase or sell an income producing short term rental.   Originally from around Rochester in upstate NY, Drew has lived in the Lake Norman area since 2007.  Drew transitioned to real estate full time in 2018 after a 10+ year career in healthcare software sales, primarily working with hospitals and large physician groups solve clinical or financial challenges they were facing.   

 

Drew currently resides in Denver NC with his wife Heather, two daughters Adara and Avriella, their golden retriever Luna and golden-doodle Zoe.  When he’s not focused on real estate, he enjoys attending his kids activities (soccer, softball, theatre), travelling, occasionally golfing though he’s horrible, and checking out potential investment properties as he loves to build or renovate homes  – creating turn key short term rentals.

 

Drew graduated from the Rochester Institute of Technology with a Bachelors in Management Information Systems and completed all coursework for a Master’s in Information Technology.  He also owns Carolina Destinations, a short term rental property management company that focuses on both Lake Norman and the greater Asheville area.
