Pleasanton, CA — July 27, 2016 — NextHome is proud to announce our newest addition to the franchise, NextHome In The Valley. The brokerage represents the 57th office location opened in the state of California for the NextHome franchise.
Owned and operated by top-producing REALTOR® Sandy Tucker, NextHome In The Valley will provide real estate services such as single-family residential sales, first-time home buyers, investment, luxury, vacation homes, second homes, and land deals for the areas of Calistoga, St. Helena, Yountville, Napa, Angwin, and the surrounding areas.
The city of Calistoga is located 70 miles north of San Francisco and is home to just over 5,000 residents. As part of California Wine Country, there are numerous wineries just a short drive from the city.
Sandy has lived in the Lake County area for over 30 years. Previous to real estate, Sandy worked as a Community Relations Director for a local assisted living community in Lake County.
She also supervised the Langtry Farms Ranch Estate, which included the Guenoc Winery. The historical home was once owned by actress Lillie Langtry.
Her responsibilities included working with the local zoning and planning departments as portions of the ranch were developed for a golf course. Sandy credits working with local property departments for preparing her for real estate.
Sandy started her real estate career in 2013 with a local independent real estate brokerage. Over the next three years, she built a strong business base and often exceeded 20 transactions annually with more than $5 million in sales volume.
In 2017, Sandy took her years of real estate experience combined with her local community knowledge and went out on her own to start NextHome In The Valley.
“I really loved the NextHome brand and the sleek and fresh-looking marketing,” said Sandy. “But most of all, I really love the family feeling the company provides.”
“I’m a small-town girl and relationships matter so much more than business,” she added.
Sandy credits the leadership of the NextHome franchise as the driving factor of why franchisees find success in the model.
“NextHome’s corporate team doesn’t just challenge the status quo of our industry, but puts in the hard work to make things better for NextHome brokers and agents,” said Sandy.
Sandy devotes volunteer time when she’s not selling real estate. She currently serves as the 2018 President of the Middletown Unified School District, where she has spent the last 10 years on the Board.
Sandy also volunteers with the “Spirit of the Season” program. She has spent the last 15 years working with the organization to provide toys and food to the less fortunate members of the community.
Sandy is the proud parent of son Jake, a Sonoma State graduate, and daughter Sarah who is in medical school in Washington. She is also the mom to her French Bulldog, Buster.
