Mary is such a gem! She went above and beyond for our family. We moved half way across the country with our family in 3 seperate states for 2 months. She checked in with us regularly to ensure everyone was doing as well as possible given the circumstances.

Nate was the best, from selling my house to purchasing my new one. Any questions I had regarding Serling or buying my new one, he had the answer or would get it very quickly. He was very easy to communicate with, whether by phone or text, and if he didn’t

Our family is retired Air Force. We have moved through the U.S. better than 10 times including 5 states. I take moving much better than Ron. I have encountered many REALTORS and Keith is the BEST among them. Infact. Keith Is Fantastic!
Everything went smoothly with Tim start to finish. Tim asked good questions to see how motivated and quickly we wanted to sell and after discussions he priced appropriately. It took a while, but in the end we got full asking price without any contingencies
based on good recommendations from Tim. He assured us we were priced right and with patience things would work out.

Tim was great to work with. He had knowledge of the market and made recommendations we had confidence with. It took a little while and my wife wanted to start dropping the price but Tim was confident with where we were priced and assured me not to panic
and be patient. In the end we got the desired result at full asking price with no contingencies!
I want to start off by saying that Renee Anderson and her partner were very helpful, patient and work hard in the long time to find us the perfect haven that is our home now. Renee was always willing to answer any questions or concerns that I had during
the week and even on the weekend. She was very knowledgeable on what houses would and wouldn’t work for the type of loan that we had.
Only phrase that comes to mind for a review is "Above and Beyond." Tim is simply the best realtor I have had the honor of working with.

Keith was both professional and personable, and made what was a difficult decision to sell our parents home as easy as it could be. If and when I look to do any future real estate transactions, I know I will go to him first.

Keith was very helpful in assisting me in choosing a home perfect for me. After only a few home tours, Keith quickly picked up on things that were important to me and things I didn't want in a home. I had lots of questions as I was purchasing for the first
time on my own. He set me up with the auto emails when something went on the multi listing market. In addition, he alerted me to listings he thought I would like. I work full time 'plus' and Keith was able to set up showings around by busy schedule. I had
no idea what to bid on the homes I considered purchasing so Keith helped me in researching other similar homes in my area and letting me know what they sold for. Due to my schedule, I often would message Keith on the weekends - Keith immediately responded.
When a bid of mine was accepted, Keith provided me with a detailed check list of what I needed to do in order to complete the closing. Working with Keith was an overall great experience, and I would highly recommend him.

I live in Green Bay Wisconsin and my mother's house which was in Wisconsin Rapids Wisconsin was the house that Chris sold for us. This was a challenge because I was the main contact for this sale since my mother is in an Assisted living facility in Rapids.

This app was not available when we purchased this house with Keith as our agent 12 years ago. That being said, his connection to the home was just as great as ours. When we began our journey of building our own Country home, Keith could not have been anymore

we went to the Wisconsin Rapids area to look for a place to live. Coming from La Crosse, we knew we wanted to be closer to my family in Rapids, but we didn't know if I would get a transfer to this UPS hub, how much moving was going to cost, whether or not
we would find childcare before the school year started, etc. Suffice it to say, we were MOTIVATED buyers. After combing through Zillow on the 2 hour drive, we found a dozen houses that we loved. Melissa called all of them and left voicemails on many answering
machines in order to get us showings of the properties that weekend. We spoke to several agents who seemed to be frustrated that they had to take time out of their weekends to help us. Many suggested that we come back during the week, which was not a possibility
for us as we worked several hours away and could not take off of work. Brian was the second realtor who showed us a property that Friday, and we refused to work with anyone but him. Not only did he answer all of our frantic texts, emails and phone calls with
assurances, answers, and patience, he also walked us through EVERY part of the process. We were first time homeowners and not "street savvy" in the home-buying process. Even the mortgage lending officer we worked with was not as knowledgeable and willing to
help us as Brian was. If he didn't know the answer to the question, he contacted the seller and anyone he could think of who might know the answer. We both agreed that, without Brian's help, the process would have been a disaster. We had already lost out on
all of the 12 properties we had found on Zillow before the weekend was over, so we had to move quickly. We came back up to Rapids the following weekend to look at more properties and ended up finding the house of our dreams. Because of Brian, we were able
to close on August 23rd, just before the school year started! From the bottom of our hearts, thank you to Brian Hanson, Renee, and the rest of the NextHome family that made our 8-year journey towards home-ownership a reality.
