This is one of the best experience buying anything and it was much better because It was buying a house. Tom was a pleasure to work with. At the start of the process he provided us with an extensive market analysis of our home. He suggested a pretty aggressive price but his reasoning seemed solid. He provided us with an estimate of all the closing costs and sellers net proceeds which turned out to be spot on when it was all done. The week before our listing was posted he prepped the house for pictures inside and out. The listing was very professional and appealing. When the viewings started he would pass along feedback and he kept us up to date. When the offer came in that we eventually accepted he walked us through the whole process communicating along the way. We will definitely consider Tom for our next move and we would recommend him to family and friends.

So, I required a fairly high end townhome for use by myself while on business in San Antonio in 2016 - Emilio located the ideal home for me and assisted me in all sorts of home services in my absence.
Then, due to a business strategy change, I focused more on the West coast and rented the townhome thru' Emilio. Again, he assisted on all issue resolution in my absence.
In August this year I decided to dispose of the townhome and engaged Emilio - again, he did all the prep work in my absence. When we received an offer, I had no doubt that Emilio was representing my best interest and got me the best deal possible.
We will eventually retire between Seattle and San Antonio - I'll engage Emilio to purchase our retirement home.
I have no doubt in recommending Emilio to represent you and your family with your housing needs - he'll go beyond the norm to do the right thing.

When my husband and I started looking for our home we had many questions like lots of 1st time buyers. We had started off talking with another realtor from a website we had requested information on a house from; and when we finally met in person he never had time for us and would only want to show us certain houses on certain days. Before we even signed the contract with him to begin viewing homes we got discouraged and thought it wasn't time for us to buy a home yet. We put a hold on our house hunting and only saw them through the websites. Then someone recommended us to Laura. We decided to contact her. Laura helped answer any questions we had and put us at ease with any doubts that came along. She made sure to get us any answer we had on the houses we were looking at. She always had a positive attitude, was very friendly, and greeted us with a smile on her face. If a house we looked at had a major problem we were always made aware of it. She would help give us options on what we could do to fix the problem but never gave us a negative comment. She was very knowledgeable and gave us the information we needed on every house we visited. She knew what we were looking for in a home and showed us many beautiful houses until we found the one. (We were picky and wanted to see as many houses as we could to make sure we had found the right one for us.) When I gave her the list of homes we wanted to see she just grouped them and scheduled our viewings accordingly. She never complained we had too many. With my husband being a truck driver and me being a teacher time for viewing was limited, but she always scheduled the viewings around our schedules. Two years later we are still in love with our home. When the time comes for us to buy a second property we will definitely get Laura to be our realtor again. Laura is the only one we would recommend to our family and friends.
