First off, just want to state that this is third home I purchased and the first that we did not change realtors.
Ed was continually there for all of our questions and requests and if there was any possible scheduling conflict, Kelly was there without any hesitation ensuring no stone was left unturned.

We were so fortunate to have found Eddie as our fourth realtor . (We had very unpleasant experiences with our first 3 realtors). When we first met Eddie, he explained us the job market and all the changes that happened in the last couple of years. Every time we viewed a new property Ed would perform a methodical inspection, looking for signs of problems and commenting on the quality of construction, finish, appliances, etc. He showed us many houses week after week and helped us form our view for our very first home. He was super patient with us, and it was very comforting . In the end we found the property that was perfect for us and are loving it so far. Eddie kept his promise when he said- I will find your new home for you guys as long as it takes! We could see in his every move that he has his heart in what he does, as he really wanted us to find the perfect home and never pushed us just to close a deal. It felt so good to know that he was looking out for us and wanted what was best for us and not just - get it done - as many other realtors would have done.
And although I have looked through hundreds of houses in a couple of months online, it was Eddie who found our Dream Home!!!

I was linked to Eddie while looking for a second home two hours away from my home. I can't say enough good things about my experience with Eddie. I am a single Mom with a busy schedule and considering the distance I had to travel to see possible homes was a challenging, and Eddie always tried his best to accommodate my requests, even during the weekends when he has his own personal affairs and family life. I loved that he didn't just try to sell any house and was honest about his opinion of the homes or location. I was specific about what I was looking for and despite the sellers market, Eddie tried his best to not let me get into a transaction he believed was not a good fit financially even if it was to his benefit.
