I would like to start by saying I don't compose reviews often, however, Nates exclempatory service exceeds any expectation one could have. My home purchase was challenging due to my circumstances being I lived out of state and unable to attend showings or the closing for that matter. He accepted these challenging terms and provided all the resources and tools I needed to make such a big decision on my new home from over 2,800 miles away. He worked with my brother, the loan company, realtors and the lawyers, going above and beyond all the while to ensure I was represented adequately, and ensured I didn't lose opportunity at anytime. Providing videos, video calls and pictures I felt as if I was there all along. When the time came for closing he picked my brother up from his house to the lawyers office. Prior to choosing a real estate agent to help sell our parents' home, we interviewed 3 agents; we chose Carrie. She has a wonderful, warm, inviting and gracious personality which put us at ease. We wanted a special property description i the MLS and so, working together with Carrie, we were able to craft a description that was exactly what we wanted. When it came time to sell my rental property, I had no idea what to do first. I started by interviewing three realtors, and although they seemed great, their estimates were all over the map. Luckily, I decided to interview a few more. Carrie is one of the next four realtors that I interviewed. Honestly, I was somewhat hesitant to try her because I had never heard of her company, but all of her five star reviews put me at ease and I added her to the list. As soon as I met with her, I knew that she was going to be the one I chose. Her knowledge and professionalism came through with every statement she made. She had ideas for drone footage of the property, 3-D virtual reality walk-throughs of the house and scannable QR codes in the rooms to give more detailed information to potential buyers. All three of these were amazing features in my opinion. When I told her I wanted to list the house for a little bit higher than she was thinking, she said to me “Well… If anybody can get you that price, it’s me!” After all of her hard work we went live and within 24 hours and had our first bid for the higher asking price. Four days later we closed well above listing price. Her communication skills were outstanding and if she couldnt pick up the phone when I called, she would return the call as soon as possible. Our journey began with Nate about four years ago. We started the process of purchase once when I realized my math was faulty and we had to end the process. We went on hold, but Nate was not deterred. When we were ready the second time he was by our side. Then this happened . . .
