The Herald chapel team was incredible. I worked with Jacob Dempster. He is by far above and beyond any real estate agent I have ever worked with. I bought a new home in River Lights and Jacob was there every single step of the way. He explain to me in
detail about a construction to perm loan he even helped me with the lot and designing my new home. He gave me status reports every evening or in the morning. He was in constant communication with me and the bank and the builder Through the entire process.

My wife and I had a condo at Wrightsville Beach, and we began to seriously look for a house with at least four bedrooms and on water. We located a house and contacted the listing agent, Harold Chappell. While looking at this house, it became apparent that
my wife and I bonded with Harold very quickly. He patiently showed us a number of properties on the beach, and we finally found one that fit our needs. Much later when we decided to sell, we engaged Harold and he again got the job done to our complete satisfaction.
