I am so looking forward to the fact that I am SO close to being finished with my house-swapping adventure for 2020. It was an ambitious adventure, I can say now, because it took a toll on me that I wasn't expecting. I handled things like this so easily in years passed, but I tell everyone who asks how how our move went that it would have been so much easier on me if I had done it a couple of years ago. The pandemic, with Covid, was certainly the main disrupter, and my Parkinson's didn't do me any favors either.

But that's all water under the bridge, because in my mind everything went very well, and I'm very happy with the results I'm so glad I went ahead and lined you up to sell my house that first time we met. You said that night you'd work hard to sell it quickly and at a good price, and you made that happen. I want to thank you, too, for putting up with my slowness at replying or in doing things, and for your willingness to communicate with Andy in my stead as he offered to text you or email you for me. And the support and guidance you gave us in all the negotiations to close the deal were invaluable.

I don't feel that I got a good chance to know you during this process, and that's my fault. But I know enough about you that I would highly recommend you to friends who are looking for a good real-estate agent. Thanks again, Danielle, from the bottom of my heart.

Danielle was very professional . . . plus . . . I immediately trusted her.

First, I had other (local) realtors visit my home. I lived on this, one block, street in a very small town for over 35 years and wanted the new owners to be a good fit for my neighbors.
