Located just one hour south of Missoula, NextHome Bitterroot Valley serves clients throughout
Hamilton, Darby, Corvallis, Victor, Stevensville, Florence, Sula, and the remainder of Ravalli
County.
NextHome Bitterroot Valley is owned by Tammy Hall, a real estate professional with more than
24 years of experience buying and selling homes in rural Montana.
“Hamilton has a real sense of community,” Tammy said. “When you walk down Main Street on
Friday night, you hear the sounds of the local businesses and you just smell the restaurants and
see the mountains. There is no place I’d rather build a business and I am excited to help people
find their perfect home here.”
Tammy has lived in the Bitterroot Valley since 1996, obtaining her real estate sales license in
1999. For the first 15 years of her career, Tammy worked with a local independent that embraced
her small-town values.
Prior to real estate, Tammy worked as a paralegal, specifically working in real estate contracts.
With her license in hand, Tammy’s skills blossomed.
“I enjoy helping people” Tammy said. “I love the making connections with people when I help them  find the right home."
Eventually, Tammy transitioned to a nationally franchised brand where she continued to lead
her clients with kindness and care above all else.
“I am patient, knowledgeable, and strive to make sure my clients truly understood each part
of the transaction by the time we are done,” Tammy said. “Education is important to me, and I
will always help my clients know exactly what is happening.”
As Tammy considered the next steps in her career, she wanted platforms and programs that
would help her take her career to the next level.
“I had been looking at franchises, and NextHome caught my eye with their clean and
forward-thinking approach to real estate,” Tammy said. “When I looked closer, NextHome had
the CRM and all of the technology platforms that I wanted. Within 24 hours after putting in a listing, I have an email with all my marketing in hand. That’s unbelievable. Everything is so
