Selecting a realtor was not difficult. Billy is so personable, honest, efficient and incredibly energetic that we did not entertain another realtor after our first meeting. Billy explained the process in its entirety and executed the process as he described. He took the time to explain the market to settle on a selling price. When showings slowed (after 2 weeks), we made a slight adjustment in price and were under contract by the end of the 3rd week.
