Both Geri and Spencer are the BEST!! I inquired about a property they had listed. After being told it was just put under contract, they asked me "what I was specifically looking for in my potential home". I gave them my requirements, and the next morning I had a list of 5 homes in my email! I The next day, Dec. 3rd, I met them and gave them a Deposit Check on the 2nd property! We closed Dec 26th and I owe it all to Geri and Spencer!! If they had not reached out to help me, I would still be searching or would have signed another rental lease!
