Marie excelled in every category that makes a realtor valuable to their customer! For example, we felt the initial realtor we were consulted had the property under-valued. When we met with Marie, she assured us our hunch was correct and she indicated she felt the original realtor was under-pricing the property by almost $100,000! Marie assured us the property was worth every penny of the new amount and asked us to trust her! We did and had the property under contract in less than 24 hours!
