Desiree has worked with us on the purchase of our home and also the recent sale. Desiree does an outstanding job in both areas. Regarding the sale of our home the timing and market were a little challenging to overcome but Desiree was diligent and stayed focused on our needs and was a fantastic communicator. She offered suggestions on how to overcome the challenges and assisted in setting up the vendors to complete the services. Desiree has a fantastic group of vendors, all were very professional from the landscapers to the movers. This was a huge plus as moving is stressful without having to worry about the additional details.
Our buyer was from out of state and contacted Desiree directly. One may think this is an awkward position to be in, but Desiree was fantastic at helping us with negotiating what we believe was a fair and realistic settlement.
We definitely will contract Desiree when we are ready for our next purchase and highly recommend contacting Desiree when you are ready to list or purchase!
