NextHome North Valley Realty opens in Chico, California

The brokerage represents the 55th location opened in the state of California for the NextHome franchise. Based in Chico, the company will be owned and operated by business partners Jacob Darr and Casey Smyth.

Pleasanton, CA — March 7, 2018 — NextHome is proud to announce that the franchise has launched nine new NextHome franchised locations in the month of February 2018. NextHome Essential Realty opened its doors in Ewing, New Jersey. Brokerage owner Jonathan Lamond served as a manager of one of the top-producing offices in East Winsor, NJ.
