I could not have asked for a better person to help me with my house search. After looking through multiple properties, we came across the house that I knew was my home for me and my kids. After making offer, the sellers came back with a counter offer,
and Tiffany was on vacation and got in touch with me anyway. She was always ready to assist with any questions that I had. I had a closing date of November 30th originally and asked my loan officer to try and move that up to November 17th. After everyone trying

I would definitely recommend Ms. Tiffany Pierce, over the past year she has gone above and beyond trying to help me and my family find the right house. Just recently, my grandmother was interested in looking at a house in my neighborhood. She attempted
to contact the listing agent from the sign in the front yard, but they told her that the agent was out and she would have to call back another time. I called on Tiffany and asked her if she would be interested in showing us the house and like she always did,
she came right over. My grandmother didn't like that house, but there was another 2 houses down. She took the time to contact and get the information needed to showed us the 2nd house immediately. Thankfully, it was a great match for grandma and she is now
my neighbor.

There’s just not enough space here to convey the level of gratitude I have for Tiffany and all that she did for me and my two boys when purchasing our home. My initial contact with Tiffany was for help seeking a rental property. I had an extensive checklist
