My brothers and I inherited our parents' property in early March of 2025. We were in what could have been a difficult situation.. since we live out of state (IN, GA, and FL) & the 2 acres included 2 homes and 2 outbuildings.

Brenda worked with us a long time to find us just the right house. She make the whole process as easy as possible. This is the third time we have worked with her and would not go to anyone else.

I was extremely satisfied with the job Brenda did for me. I was interested in a house I saw online. I contacted the agent who was in charge of showing that house. As it turned out, the house was pending an inspection. According to what the inspection showed, the people who put in a bid on it ended up buying it. So the search was on for the perfect house for me. Brenda and I spent quite a bit of time talking about what I was looking for, and a budget amount. She showed me numerous homes. Several homes, I could look at her and she knew that it wasn't the "right" house for me. After seeing 10 or 11 houses, she showed me a listing for a house that hadn't hit the market yet. I was given the option to make an appointment to see it the day that listing went live. I was the 2nd person to see that listing that day and after seeing it, I told her I wanted to talk about making an offer on it. All through the process I never once felt pressured to buy anything. It was all done as I wanted it to be done. She gave me many helpful suggestions as well. I think she did an excellent job.
