The very first time Shane Cabrera came to meet us at the property we were preparing to sell, he impressed us with his outgoing personality, his professionalism and his knowledge of the real estate industry as a whole. From start to finish Shane made the home buying process absolutely seamless. As first time home buyers we were hesitant to jump in with both feet but after our first phone call with Shane we knew that we had nothing to fear. While we did not end up buying a new build, we had the upmost pleasure of viewing a new community with Shane.
