A SoCal girl since birth, Ashley was born in Mission Hills, California and raised right here in Santa Clarita.  She is a proud Saugus High School graduate as well as College of the Canyons Alumni.  Ashley lives in Valencia with her husband, who also works in Real Estate Development. They both breathe, eat and sleep Real Estate which fosters Ashley’s innate desire to care for others.  Helping people drives her passion and perseverance to be her best. Ashley focuses on learning one new thing each day in order to stay inspired and motivated in life.

Beginning her career on the numbers side, Ashley worked with the professionals at Augusta Financial gaining the knowledge and experience needed to succeed in Mortgage Finance. Working directly with Augusta Financial owner Mike Meena, Ashley continued her commitment to hard work with integrity and dedication, assisting in the closing of hundreds of homes in her six year tenure. 

Then just as life started to gain momentum, Ashley was challenged with the task of saying goodbye to both of her parents at the age of 25. Ashley is driven to achieve success and freedom to honor mother and father.  The experience as her mother’s caregiver gave her a new level of compassion and understanding for others as she transitioned to the sales side of Real Estate. It keeps her motivated daily to meet the goals and specific needs/wants for each of her clients to find them their perfect home. Ashley is also focused on continuing her relationships and growing the network of professional connections she began at Augusta Financial.

In addition to working hard for her clients, Ashley also makes time to give back to the community she loves so much, partnering with local charities throughout the year to make sure the needs of others are met with love and compassion.
